Dr. Terry Wahls is a doctor and author who also suffers from multiple sclerosis. In the video below she talks about exercise and how important it is to our body on a cell level. She wrote the book ‘Minding My Mitochondria’, in which she tells us of her amazing recovery from MS, from being in a wheelchair to living a very active lifestyle. Wahls has spoken widely about her personal experiences and findings and nutrition and physical activity are the main focus of her method of managing multiple sclerosis.
