Dr. Luna is the interventional cardiologist who carries out CCSVI treatment at Angeles Health in Mexico with an interventional neurologist.

He completed his medical degree at Universidad Autonoma de Baja California, Mexicali, Mexico, where he specialized in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Luna has had a fellowship at the Instituto Nacional de Cardiologia in Mexico City in Cardiovascular Medicine with a sub-specialty in Cardiology, as well as one in Cardiac Catheterization with a sub-specialty in Invasive Cardiology. Continue reading
