Really need help getting motivated to exercise. I love the water and would enjoy swimming. I find it difficult to get started. Every day I have intentions of going to the gym to swim but fatigue stiffles my desire. Don’t really see an easy fix. I just keep trying, with really limited results. It’s good to read that symptions I’m experiencing are related to MS and not just lazy attitude. Thanks for letting me vent.

      Hi Linda,

Thanks so much for your comment! You are not lazy at all, we see so many patients for whom tiredness is a major problem. Don’t be so hard on yourself! This might seem really obvious, but have you tried swimming or exercise first thing in the morning? If that fits in with your daily routine it might be a good way to get the exercise out of the way before tiredness has a chance to intervene. We wish you all the best, please get in touch if we can help you on anything :)

      All the best,

      Roisin and the CCSVI.mx team
